Different types of wood to suite you needs
We try to stock 3 types of wood but it is based on availability and demand so check back frequently to see what we what available.
What type of wood do you prefer?
TAMARACK
Tamarack is a premium firewood that provides a longer and hotter burn with low smoke, crackling and popping. Burning this wood leaves a pleasant aroma and scorching coals, making it useful for indoor or outdoor burning.
SPRUCE/PINE
Spruce has a lower density to Tamarack but still provides great heat value and will release a moderate amount of smoke. You will get bit more crackling then higher density woods
POPLAR
A quite flame, Poplar produces a nice fragrance and a moderate heat value. A great bang for your buck for those that wish to enjoy a nice fire Poplar is a great option.
